well it's hard when you're not familiar to it...but if you're kinda used to it, it's still a pain in the ass j/k uhhmmm...no seriously, It's not that hard but it takes a lot of time and effort to create something like this image... and for me, IF IT IS GOING TO BE JUST FOR ME, I prefer drawing it from scratch since it's the fastest way to have a rendition.... but this time, I didn't because I have a client who needs it to be in 3D..
thanks you use maybe google sketchup ? XD this is very easy programme only have weak quality if you use i have question this is similar for 3dsmax i need better programe so maybe i start use 3dsmax because i have problems to perspective and i not can made it good backgrounds to my art [link]
yes google sketchup is a lot more easier program than 3dsmax... but it has it's own strength though .. especially when it comes to modeling, it makes your life much easier... Plus, it isn't a bad program at all... actually, what you had created there just needs a better texturing and lighting to make it look great...
Sketchup has a huge potential...and if I were you, I wont switch to 3dsmax just because you saw some kick-ass renderings that uses that program. see [link] ... it's all done with sketchup with a plugin called Vray :3
