you are good at rendering 3d max. pero puna ko lang as an architectural designer myself... always adhere to the principles. It is ok to put an overhead cabinet but always apply common sense. whenever you put a cabinet right on top of your couch, always makes it offset. hindi yung naka protrude yung cabinet mo. and also, if u do 3d ( lubusin ko na, hehe) try to check the correct perspective mo. and of course dont forget your shadows for realistic approach.

but this is good ha, dont get me wrong. just my point of view lang as an artist myself. ako kc im more expert on freehand in 3d presentations. i have lack of patience, unless i get paid. hehe every details are important.
